Holy Micro! LLC ("we," "our," or "us") provides a limited non transferable warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase of this product to the original purchaser only. During this period, Holy Micro! LLC, will either repair or replace this product, if found to be defective in function under normal use. The decision to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of Holy Micro! LLC.


All repairs and/or replacements to the product under this warranty are free of charge, though the customer is responsible for any shipping charges and any related removal and reinstallation costs.

This limited warranty aims to cover defects in the product under normal use and does not cover units which have been opened, disassembled, altered, modified, or tampered with in any form. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, fire or flood, theft, improper connections, or installation errors. This warranty does not cover units that have been improperly installed against the instructions of this manual.


HOLY MICRO! LLC, ITS MEMBERS, STAFF, DEALERS, RESELLERS AND THEIR STAFF IN NO EVENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, DAMAGES, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT RESULTING FROM THE USE AND/OR MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE OF THIS PRODUCT. THIS PRODUCT IS MEANT TO AID FLIGHT AND IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR SOUND AND APPROPRIATE USER JUDGMENT AND ACTION.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ITS CONDITIONS ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESSED AS ORAL OR WRITTEN.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO PART OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO RESIDENTS OF SUCH STATES. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO KNOW THEIR PURCHASE RIGHTS.

  • Holy Micro! LLC does not issue refunds for any of our products. All sales are final and no refund will be issued. We are unable to cancel or reverse any purchases once they have been made.


  • Holy Micro! LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes made to the policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon publication.
