The SkyVoice Glassy Guide utilizes HolyMicro! LLC's HMR400 Radar. It uses 24GHz-ISM frequency band which has strong anti-interference ability. HMR400 Radar operates on a different principle than LiDAR, making it suitable for both water and ground applications. LiDAR uses light waves, which are easily absorbed by water, while HMR400 Radar uses radio waves, which can penetrate water more effectively. Furthermore, a "Blind Zone" can be set to eliminate certain protrusions from entering its field of view, effectively reducing interference from minor side lobes and back lobes.
